Manufacturing Operative – Hartlepool (Rolling Contract) Location: Hartlepool Contract Type: Rolling Contract (initial 3–6 months) Start Date: ASAP NES Fircroft are delighted to be supporting a leading manufacturing company based in Hartlepool. We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Operatives to join their production team on an initial 3–6 month contract , with strong potential for ongoing work. About the Role: As a Manufacturing Operative, you will receive full training and on-the-job support to operate specialised machinery and equipment across the manufacturing centre. You’ll work as part of a skilled, supportive team to ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
