Document Controller

Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting a Document Controller on behalf of our Multinational Biopharmaceutical Client based in Tuas, Singapore on a contract running until the end of the year, with strong potential for extension. Manages and maintains the controlled document management system, ensuring all GMP documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Administer the document management system (DMS) for SOPs, batch records, protocols, and reports 2. Process document initiation, revision, review, approval, and distribution workflows 3. Ensure document version control, archiving, and retrieval processes comply with GMP and GDocP standards 4. Track and coordinate document review and approval timelines 5. Provide training to staff on document control procedures and DMS usage 6. Support audits and regulatory inspections by ensuring documentation is organized and accessible 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage periodic document review cycles 8.
