You will play a key role in the pre-construction team, leading major bids and working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors. Lead estimating on projects valued between $100M and $200M Prepare first-principles estimates and detailed cost plans Manage subcontractor pricing and tender negotiations Identify value engineering and risk opportunities Contribute to bid strategy and tender presentations Mentor junior estimators within the team
