Principal Contracts

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Principal to provide commercial and contract management support across a portfolio of greenfield projects. Benefits Perth-based position. Hourly rate + super. Key Responsibilities Manage major contracts from award through to close-out. Lead commercial negotiations and resolve contractual disputes. Develop procurement and contracting strategies. Review tender documentation, contract variations, and recommendations for award. Provide advice on contractual rights, obligations, and risk management. Experience working with complex, high-value contracts. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
