<br> <p><strong><u>JOB PURPOSE:</u></strong><br>Managing Drilling Services commitments in accordance with best industry practices/latest technology, ADNOC<br>Onshore Established policies, and legal requirements. Operates independently on assigned projects and<br>determines contracts model to be used. The work requires the assessment and implementation of comprehend<br>Drilling Services contract to maximize the value of information is obtained from exploration/appraisal well, cost<br>effective wells, and operations.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Specific:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Identify and validate the Need of Tendering, build up Business Cases, tender strategies and acquire necessary<br>approvals.</li><li>Assess and review competency of existing bidder list companies.</li><li>Participate in pre-qualification of newly registered companies and advise best group to be fit in</li><li>Prepare and participate in Tender Committee meeting, review Tender Board Submission, attends Tender<br>Board meetings as require representing technical aspect of submission.</li><li>Construct technical requirements/scope of work, pricing structure fit working model, specifications to be<br>included in contracts, develop contract / tendering strategies, provide engineering support for tendering<br>activities, conduct technical and commercial evaluations, assisting in negotiations, etc.</li><li>Review Tender packages to assure clarity of Request for Tendering (RFT) and in line with ADNOC Standards<br>and compliant with Scope of Work</li><li>Capture Variations expose during contract life through right Delegation of Authority.</li><li>Perform functional review for the completed Tender documents.</li><li>Follow up the status of Mobilization, HSE rules compliance and implementation of corrective actions,<br>performance management and contractor allocation.</li><li>Coordinates internally with other Team members to ensure contract effectiveness, capture lessons from<br>current contracts and apply for upcoming contracts</li><li>Prepare allocation based on the approved share allocation and in relation to contractor’s performance and<br>capabilities.</li><li>Compliance with Contracts status reporting.</li><li>Assure Contract validity, contract completion and close out. Review Contractor performance evaluation and<br>managing contracts disputes. Negotiate Contract claims and variations in association with Procurement Division<br>and Legal.</li><li>Periodically revisit the contract commitment (un-used Release Orders) and clear them and reconcile contract<br>value.</li><li>Managing contracts resources (people, equipment’s, etc.) to ensure business continuity and cater business<br>requirements.</li><li>Liaise with HSE, QA&QC team and end users to assure Equipment’s and Services are within required<br>standards of work.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:</u></strong></p><p><br><strong>Minimum Qualification</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical /Petroleum or equivalent/relevant discipline)<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>8 years of experience, including involvement in drilling technology, equipment/products and methods.<br>Professional Certifications</li><li>Experience on the well site and financial, tendering/contracting and cost engineering systems and<br>procedures.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Professional Certifications</strong></p><p>Contract Management certificates<br><br></p><br>
