Static Equipment Maintenance & Repairs</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on static equipment including vessels, tanks, columns, exchangers, and piping.</li><li>Carry out internal/external inspections, gasket replacement, bolt tightening, leak repair, flange management, nozzle replacement, and associated fit‑ups.</li><li>Disassemble, clean, inspect, reassemble, and test equipment such as air coolers, strainers, filters, receivers, and pig traps.</li></ul><p>B. Inspection, Integrity & Confined Space Activities</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Support preparation and execution of integrity inspections, thickness checks, and anomaly investigations.</li><li>Participate in confined space entry operations for internal inspections of vessels and columns during shutdowns.</li><li>Report corrosion, deformation, cracks, or abnormalities and assist engineers in integrity evaluation.</li></ul><p>C. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Diagnose failures in static equipment systems, identify root causes, and perform corrective actions.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical issues involving valves, piping, utility packages, and structural attachments.</li><li>Provide recommendations for improving reliability and preventing recurrence.</li></ul><p>D. Support to Commissioning, Startup & Project Handover</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Participate in commissioning and startup of new static equipment and utility systems.</li><li>Review project documentation, drawings, vendor manuals, and ensure compliance before handover.</li><li>Complete required punch lists, ensure equipment readiness, and support safe energization.</li></ul><p>E. Predictive & Preventive Maintenance Execution</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Perform routine checks such as temperature readings, leak detection, vibration checks (basic), lubrication, and structural inspections.</li><li>Execute PM tasks as per MAXIMO schedules and provide improvement feedback to planners.</li><li>Conduct hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, and package pressure testing under supervision.</li></ul><p>F. Materials, Tools & Equipment Management</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Identify required spares, materials, gaskets, and consumables for maintenance.</li><li>Ensure proper handling, preservation, and storage of static components.</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, lifting devices, and request replacements when necessary.</li></ul><p>G. Documentation, Reporting & CMMS</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Update and close work orders in CMMS (MAXIMO).</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, PM tasks, material usage, and work permits.</li><li>Provide daily activity reports and inputs for reliability dashboards.</li></ul><p>H. Knowledge Sharing & Team Support</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Mentor junior technicians, especially in safety, static equipment handling, and inspection practices.</li><li>Demonstrate and enforce proper mechanical maintenance techniques.</li></ul><p> GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><p>A.
