What role you will play in our team
We are looking for an IT Functional Analyst to join our global team supporting Supply Chain Planning solutions, including Kinaxis RapidResponse and its integrations with SAP and other business-critical systems.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into effective solutions. You will support ongoing operations, drive enhancements, participate in projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications used across our global organization. Through collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation, you will help deliver solutions that support business objectives and operational excellence.
What you will do
Collaborate with key stakeholders (both Business and IT professionals) to gather and analyze business requirements and translating them into Functional Rapid Response specifications through product configurations, programs, reports and interfaces, ranging from Medium to High level complexity.
Ensure that best practices are followed in design, configuration, IT solutions and maintenance of application.
Apply increasingly complex mathematical models to improve customer Supply Chain performance and achieve business objectives.
Implement and support interfaces between RapidResponse and various SAP and Cloud systems
Conduct thorough validation and testing of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill user requirements, capture user feedback and consult the Solution Architect or SI on best approach to resolve unusual roadblocks
Provide support and guidance to Business users during the implementation, testing and post-implementation phases, to ensure the customer understands the solution and how it integrates into their Supply Chain management objectives and practices, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Update solution documentation, workflows, and system configurations to ensure comprehensive understanding and facilitate knowledge transfer within teams and contribute to process improvements for future requirements.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management to ensure successful key project deliverables within scope, budget, and timeline.
Act as a liaison between key business stakeholders and technical teams in facilitating clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize Agile frameworks and tools to plan, execute, and steward work progress.
About you
Skills and Qualifications:
Kinaxis RapidResponse expertise, ideally with Contributor and Author II certification or equivalent hands-on experience supporting planning solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript considered a significant advantage.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data, identify configuration issues, and optimize performance within the Kinaxis Planning platform.
Experience supporting Supply Chain Planning and/or Supply Chain Execution applications, with a solid understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
