Junior Foreign Trade Analyst

Airswift is looking for a Junior Foreign Trade Analyst for a 7-month temporary position with a major Oil & Gas company in Rio das Ostras. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Plan import and export operations by determining the most suitable mode of transport for each transaction. Manage import and export shipments from dispatch to final delivery, ensuring established delivery deadlines are met. Monitor cargo storage deadlines to avoid incurring additional costs in import and export processes. Coordinate process documentation and status updates with customs brokers. Advise internal clients on foreign trade best practices and maintain regular follow-up with them. Receive quote requests and prepare the corresponding quotations. Enter data into the system. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade, etc. (field of study is not critical) Foreign Trade legislation Knowledge of Special Customs Regimes management (Repetro, temporary admission, and export) is desirable Intermediate English ABOUT AIRSWIFT Airswift serves as a strategic partner to our clients in STEM industries.
