What You Will Do: Perform moderately complex and intricate inspection processes Follow effective guidance for nightly inspection goals Verify equipment meets quality specifications. Identifying defects in parts, approving or rejecting items Complete inspection reports, related paperwork, and ensure all information is recorded accurately Responsible for maintaining the quality standards set forth by the company Identifying ongoing quality issues and prevent potential production issues and make suggestions for improvement Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual Work nights, 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. or work is completed, on a rotating basis Minimum Qualifications: 1 year of experience in ESP experience Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment preferred High School education or equivalent Accuracy and Attention to detail Customer-first mindset Action-oriented for delivering results Able to complete required testing documentation Able to troubleshoot issues with equipment Be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications Ability to work under general supervision and or little to no supervision Effectively present information and respond to questions Successful planning, priority setting, informing, results, and time management skills.
