The Payroll & People Systems Coordinator plays a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services while maintaining the integrity of HR systems and workforce data. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position supports payroll operations, employee lifecycle administration, and workforce reporting, ensuring a high standard of service, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay cycles. Administer allowances, overtime, leave entitlements, and other employment conditions. Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity. Support payroll audits and compliance activities. Payroll & HR Systems Utilise systems such as SAP, Workday, and SuccessFactors to manage payroll and employee data. Process employee movements including promotions, transfers, roster changes, and terminations. Troubleshoot payroll and HRIS issues and support system improvements and upgrades. Reporting & Analytics Prepare end-of-month and ad hoc payroll and workforce reports. Analyse workforce and payroll data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support workforce planning, budgeting, and labour cost analysis through accurate reporting and insights. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional with strong systems capability, analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality employee experience.
