Area Lead Utilites & Building

Coordinate and supervise all engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities related to Utilities Area and Buildings under responsibility of Onshore Package Manager with the objective to meet quality, safety, and fitness-for-purpose standards in compliance with approved budget and schedule. Plan and identify upcoming tasks and potential problem areas, implementing solutions as appropriate and in full coordination with other project activities. Drive decision-making and alignment among internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and handover to operations of the designated Area. Manage resolution of technical issues in coordination with technical specialists in charge when/if relevant and/or associated to interfaces. Ensure timely review and validation of contractor deliverables. Coordinate with other onshore package areas and various disciplines to ensure full integration of systems. Monitor and control Contractor performance (EPSCC) to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including HSE, QA/QC, technical requirements, cost, and schedule. Oversee the procurement for major equipment and utility packages in the area, including technical bid evaluations and vendor follow-up. Supervise construction and pre-commissioning activities related to Utilities systems, Buildings, electrical substation, ensuring alignment with project schedule and quality standards Participate in technical reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, 3D model reviews, and constructability reviews. Ensure that all technical deviations and changes are properly managed and documented. Support the Operations team in the preparation of operating manuals and training materials. Support commissioning manager in preparation of commissioning dossier and execution of commissioning. With support of EPSCC contractor ensure timely preparation and submission of technical dossier followed by reception of necessary permits. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Onshore Package Manager on progress, risks, and key issues.
