Partnering with the Best As a Technician Operator II, you will play a key role in maintaining production operations by operating manufacturing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting product quality requirements. Fueling Your Passion As a Technician Operator II, you will apply your technical skills, mechanical aptitude, and manufacturing experience to support safe and efficient production operations. You will play a key role in operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring products meet established quality standards. Working collaboratively with production and maintenance teams, you will help drive operational excellence, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements. As a Technician Operator II, you will be responsible for: Operating, monitoring, and adjusting manufacturing and process equipment to support production requirements. Performing routine mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance activities within the scope of expertise. Interpreting and executing work orders while following established safe work procedures and operational standards. Setting up production equipment and ensuring proper operating conditions are maintained throughout manufacturing processes. Operating multiple machines and production systems simultaneously, as required. Monitoring process performance and conducting inspections to ensure products meet manufacturing, engineering, and quality specifications. Performing quality assurance activities in accordance with applicable procedures and ISO requirements. Supporting specialized process operations and operating associated equipment safely and efficiently. Testing finished products and process outputs to verify compliance with established standards. Utilizing hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and testing equipment to diagnose, repair, and maintain production systems. Assisting with the transportation, loading, and unloading of raw materials and finished products. Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas to support operational efficiency and workplace safety. Collecting samples and supporting analysis activities as required by operational procedures. Operating, adjusting, testing, and repairing instrumentation systems associated with production equipment. Reporting equipment, process, quality, and safety concerns promptly to leadership. Following Baker Hughes HSE requirements, quality standards, and competency management program expectations. To be successful in this role, you will: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Have demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic troubleshooting techniques. Have the ability to read, interpret, and follow work orders, technical instructions, and operating procedures. Have experience performing basic equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance activities. Have strong attention to detail with a commitment to product quality and operational excellence. Have the ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently in a production environment. Have effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Have the ability to perform work in indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions. Have the ability to work independently with intermittent supervision while collaborating effectively with team members. Have a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance. Work in a Way That Works for You This role may require shift work, overtime, weekend coverage, and schedule flexibility based on operational requirements. The position may involve working both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions. Work Schedule: 4-days-on, 3-days-off rotation, working 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
