Qaqc Specialist

Role Summary The QA/QC Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products, equipment, processes, and services consistently meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry regulations. This role supports quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing and operational processes, drives continuous improvement initiatives, investigates quality issues, and facilitates corrective and preventive actions to enhance operational performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide quality control planning, implementation, and support during tendering, project execution, and operational phases. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. Identify opportunities to improve quality approaches, methodologies, procedures, and processes. Lead and support investigations into manufacturing, operations, and service delivery quality issues through to effective closure. Own and coordinate the resolution of post-delivery technical and quality-related customer concerns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and project teams to provide technical and quality guidance. Capture lessons learned and implement best practices to improve project execution and operational effectiveness. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management processes in line with customer-specific or local regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and recommend actions to prevent recurring issues. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards across all activities. Provide quality support for critical field or operational activities as required. Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives and continuous improvement goals. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. Candidates with a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of two years of relevant quality experience will also be considered. Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, specifications, procedures, and standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause investigation skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams. Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Eagerness to learn and develop technical, operational, and quality-related competencies. Willingness to be based at the operational facility in Southern Thailand and provide field support when required. Preferred Attributes Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, industrial services, or related sectors. Knowledge of quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and corrective/preventive action processes. Familiarity with customer audits, regulatory inspections, and quality documentation requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
