Mobile Maintenance Superintendent

Lead by example, promoting and managing work practices in accordance with established work rules, HSEQ legislation, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. Coordinate and supervise all maintenance activities across mobile and fixed mechanical equipment, ensuring the successful execution of planned repairs and effective responses to unplanned breakdowns. Manage and coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, monitoring quality, timelines, and contractor performance to ensure delivery meets operational requirements. Conduct field risk assessments, support hazard identification and controls, and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Support the procurement of materials, plant, and equipment to facilitate timely and cost-effective maintenance outcomes. Drive continuous improvement in asset reliability and availability, ensuring maintenance strategies are aligned with production targets and operational demands.
