Senior Safety Advisor

Reporting to the Project Leadership team, you will play a key role driving safety performance across a large-scale multi-residential construction project. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and management to ensure compliance, engagement, and a proactive safety culture are maintained throughout the build. Responsibilities Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and incident investigations Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures Support site teams with SWMS reviews and subcontractor management Promote a positive and proactive safety culture on site Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
