Specialization: Providing expertise for complex, large-scale projects in these technical fields Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Associate Prog Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional design)– SMP with Saudi Aramco Minimum Job requirements: Candidates should be able to demonstrate working proficiency with industry standard authoring tools (e.g. – Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to design and develop interactive learning content. Selection criteria            A strong background in the application of adult learning theory            Experience with instructional design models (ADDIE and SAM), adult learning theory, and program evaluation methodologies            Experience with project management and handling projects independently            Demonstration of good communication and collaboration skills            Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred certificate : Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), CIPD Level 5, TESOL, or instructional design are preferred . Educational Background : Preferred major study in the bachelor degree:  Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or Learning, Design, and Technology from a recognized and approved program A Master’s degree, and additional certifications such as Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), CIPD Level 5, TESOL, or instructional design are preferred. Work Experience The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation, within a large corporate setting.
