About the Role Airswift is recruiting an experienced NWS Offshore Coordinator to support a major offshore energy operation. This role provides high-level administrative, travel, logistics, and business support to the NWS Offshore Asset Leadership Team and key stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating people, processes, travel, and operational activities, ensuring the efficient delivery of offshore business objectives. This position would suit a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and enjoys working across multiple stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities Leadership Team Support Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the NWS Offshore Asset Leadership Team. Manage calendars, meeting schedules, team communications, and shared mailbox activities. Coordinate workshops, meetings, site visits, team events, and catering requirements. Support employee recognition and reward initiatives. Facilitate collaboration between offshore operations teams and the wider business. Purchase-to-Pay & Business Systems Support Process invoices, payments, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and service entries. Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation in accordance with company governance requirements. Provide administrative support within SAP S/4HANA and other business systems. Assist with onboarding and maintaining service providers and contractors. Coordinate payments relating to travel, accommodation, training, and operational activities. Travel & Logistics Coordination Coordinate workforce mobilisation, travel, accommodation, and roster-related logistics. Manage booking arrangements, amendments, and travel-related queries. Support offshore personnel logistics to meet operational requirements. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure onboarding and compliance requirements are met. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve administrative and business processes. Support the implementation of process improvements across offshore operations. Assist with reporting, document management, and business support initiatives. About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in administration, travel coordination, executive support, operations support, or a similar role. Experience working within the energy, resources, mining, industrial, engineering, or offshore sectors. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience using SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP/business systems. Exposure to Power BI and document management platforms. Experience coordinating workforce travel, mobilisation, and accommodation logistics. Ability to work independently while supporting a broad range of stakeholders. Ability to meet offshore training and compliance requirements, including travel to offshore assets if required.
