Field Service Technician - Rig Technologies Aftermarket Service

Job Summary: Field Service Technicians perform a variety of tasks such as servicing, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning and repair of equipment. A Field Service Technician is required to travel to well site locations that are located regionally or internationally . Focus of this Field Service Technician will be in mechanical service. We are looking for candidates with basic Electrical and Mechanical Skills, able to troubleshoot equipment issues. Essential Job Responsibilities: Material Handling- moving material including the use of overhead cranes, Jib cranes or Forklifts. Mechanical and/or Electrical/Electronics servicing, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning and repair. Cleaning and management of assigned tools and vehicle. Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. 24-hour on-call duties required at given times. Maintain strong business relationship with existing clients. Communicate with a FS Manager or Supervisor regularly, on all aspects of service. Complete reporting, job and billing paper work. Other duties as assigned.
