Partner with the best As a Project Coordinator, you will system‑load, drive, and coordinate Services project deliverables in line with defined requirements. You will support the contractual and financial delivery of projects and act as a key interface across the business and, when required, with customers and management. You will support the Project Manager in delivering successful outcomes for both the business and the customer. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Providing requirements across functions to plan, monitor, and execute project activities effectively. Taking ownership of all coordination activities within project execution to ensure products and services meet business and customer requirements. Ensuring clarity and alignment on all required scope and deliverables. Ensuring compliance with competency, training, and capacity requirements to meet business and customer needs. Supporting the Project Manager in monitoring KPIs to analyze performance and support improvement actions and plans. Following and implementing all accounting, regulatory, and business‑required activities. Collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams to align deliverables and share lessons learned. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Have proven experience in project execution, ideally in a site‑based role. Bring Oracle or ERP system knowledge. Demonstrate experience collaborating with and motivating teams in an operational and matrix environment. Show strong problem‑solving, process‑improvement, and analytical skills. Communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. Possess excellent written, reporting, and presentation skills.
