Lead Static Engineer (Only Open to Expat) Role Overview The Lead Static Engineer is responsible for the complete Static Equipment discipline for the ABSHERON EPSCC Project Onshore Central Process Facility (CPF), ensuring all engineering activities, contractor deliverables, and site support are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements, TotalEnergies standards, and applicable international codes. The role supports the full project lifecycle, from detailed engineering through procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and handover. Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership & Technical Assurance Ensure delivery of a robust, traceable, and fit-for-purpose Static Equipment engineering design suitable for procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, commissioning, and safe operation. Project Execution & Coordination Coordinate the planning, execution, and control of Static Equipment activities in line with project schedules, quality requirements, HSE expectations, and contractual obligations. Contractor, Vendor & Procurement Management Lead the review and approval of Static Equipment engineering documentation, technical queries, deviations, technical bid evaluations (TBEs), vendor documentation, and contractor submissions. Construction, Commissioning & Site Support Provide engineering support during fabrication, construction, installation, mechanical completion, and commissioning phases. Review modifications, assess non-conformities, support punch list close-out, and ensure timely resolution of site technical queries. Requirement 10+ years at same or equivalent position with managerial responsibilities 10-15 years’ experience in oil and gas industry At least diploma or others Language: English mandatory Required Competency Detailed engineering / Project experience
