Wellsite Representative – Lead Operational Excellence in Well Services Join a global leader in Oil & Gas as a Wellsite Representative and play a crucial role in managing and executing well operations onshore. This 12-month contract offers a 14/14-day or 21/21-day rotation roster, with opportunities to support the ongoing decommissioning of wells. As part of the Well Services Team, you will supervise workover rigs and intervention units, champion safety, and ensure operational precision under the direction of the Wells Superintendent and Lead Wellsite Representative. Required Skills Current well control certification (IWCF Level 4 Surface/Subsea or IADC Supervisors Surface/Subsea). Proven supervisory experience with land-based workover rigs and intervention units (slickline, E-line, coiled tubing) Strong knowledge of well operations including workovers, interventions, plug and abandonment, and well integrity diagnostics Demonstrated ability to lead safety initiatives, including HAZIDs, ENVIDs, pre-job safety planning, and strict adherence to HSE and WellSafe standards Competent in wellsite permit to work systems and rig equipment certification verification Effective communication skills to lead on-site teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders Proficient in detailed operational reporting and data entry, preferably using WellView or similar well lifecycle management software Nice to Have Skills Experience with sucker rod pumps, PCPs, water injector wells, and gas behind casing isolation Familiarity with conventional and advanced surface wellhead and XT systems Experience with scheduling software such as JDE Execute or similar Knowledge of environmental and emergency response plans including cyclone preparedness Preferred Education and Experience Relevant qualification in Petroleum Engineering, Oil & Gas Operations, or similar technical discipline Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in onshore wellsite operations or well services roles Hands-on experience within well plug and abandonment campaigns Other Requirements Must be able to work on a roster with flexibility for periodic reassignment between assets Availability for travel to remote wellsite locations and occasional office-based planning and safety meetings Commitment to upholding the highest standards of Operational Excellence, Safety, Respectful and Inclusive Behaviours, and Incident-Free Operations Ability to operate safely at heights, work with lifting and rigging equipment, and perform confined space and hot work activities Take the opportunity to utilize your expertise in a challenging and evolving environment that values safety, leadership, and technical excellence.
