Specialization: Providing expertise for complex, large-scale projects in these technical fields Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Industrial Skills Trainer – Computer -SMP with Saudi Aramco Selection criteria: Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge. Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills, with the ability to manage technical challenges and respond effectively to participant needs. Strong knowledge and practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other relevant technology areas. Ability to develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using appropriate learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools. Develop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars based on organizational needs and training objectives. Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, case studies, and digital learning methods, while ensuring strong participant engagement and knowledge transfer. Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or another technology-related field. Work Experience The candidate must have 3-5 years of practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other relevant technology areas.
