Wood is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support our Consulting business unit, managing a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK region. The position can be based in either our Staines or Reading office, with regular travel between locations and occasional visits to client sites and other Wood offices as required. #LI-Hybrid The Role The role will focus on supporting the business by providing practical and timely advice on health, safety, and environmental matters. You will work closely with management, employees, clients, and contractors to ensure HSE requirements are understood and effectively implemented in line with applicable legislation, Company standards, management systems, and Client requirements. The advisor will also contribute in supporting the identification and management of HSE risks, monitor performance, and promote continuous improvement across business operations. Through effective communication, engagement, training, inspections, and incident learning, you will help strengthen the organisation’s safety culture, minimise business and operational risks, and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance.
