, India Job Family Group: Finance Worker Type: Regular (FTC) (Fixed Term) Posting Start Date: August 20, 2026 Business Unit: Finance Experience Level: Experienced Professionals Job Description: What’s the role Execute the transformation agenda by delivering detailed process designs, functional specifications, and readiness activities for SERP and GSR. This role is operational and hands-on—responsible for workshops, fit-gap analysis, sandbox builds, and testing to ensure successful deployment of new processes and tools. The role requires strong collaboration with the Program Team and cross-process workstreams, ensuring integration and alignment across architecture, data, controls, and reporting. Additionally, the role will lead documentation efforts and support Change & Engage activities to drive adoption. What you will be doing Conduct workshops to capture requirements and design L6 processes for SERP and GSR. Prepare functional specifications for BlackLine ICH templates and other connected solutions. Support sandbox build and unit testing, ensuring readiness for implementation. Redefine recovery and allocation processes by documenting and rationalizing allocation logic and recovery rules for GSR. Collaborate extensively with Program Team and cross-functional workstreams (Architecture, Data, Controls, Reporting) to ensure end-to-end alignment and resolve dependencies. Develop training materials, SOPs, and playbooks for new processes as part of Change & Engage activities. Maintain comprehensive documentation of process designs, decisions, and readiness deliverables. Support data rationalization and mapping for master and transactional data. Embed controls in L6 designs and provide inputs for role design and SoD analysis. Provide insights and recommendations during workshops to simplify and standardize processes. What you bring 5–7 years in SAP process design/support and finance operations Bachelor's Degree in Finance or MBA in Finance/Business Admin Hands-on experience with S/4, SERP, CFIN, and tools like BlackLine ICH. Strong knowledge of OTC, RTR, and intercompany processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
