Material Buyer And Expeditor

Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers and Offshore Buyer Support Teams, you will be responsible for: Source local and international suppliers for materials and inventory Prepare RFQs, evaluate responses and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery Raise and manage Purchase Orders through SAP MM Expedite materials to meet operational and shutdown schedules Resolve supplier, technical, invoice and procurement-related queries Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Quality and offshore Buyer Support teams Monitor long lead and critical material requirements through SAP reporting Maintain procurement documentation, audit trails and supplier relationships Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and expediting activities
