Description Supervise and coordinate residential construction projects from site start through to handover Manage and schedule trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely construction progress Maintain high standards of build quality, safety, and compliance across all sites Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction milestones Ensure builds are completed within company timeframes and budgets Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients throughout the construction process Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting through internal construction systems Ensure all work complies with company standards, building codes, and WHS requirements
