Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities Presents product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads across Baker Hughes. Handles complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs. Handles important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Functional Management. Advanced English Level. Ability to work with and influence stakeholders. Tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
