Participate in project safety meetings, business reviews, and operational performance assessments.
Monitor and evaluate project performance against established PSL and project KPIs.
Maintain accurate and detailed Daily Operations Reports in OpenWells, with emphasis on productive time tracking and Non-Productive Time (NPT) classification.
Ensure all personnel work from the latest approved project procedures, standards, and operational guidelines.
Assess PSL operational performance and identify opportunities to apply technology solutions that enhance project outcomes.
Develop, implement, and manage Project Performance Optimization Plans to drive continuous improvement.
Resolve cross-PSL operational and commercial issues with customers before final invoicing and reporting.
Capture, document, and communicate lessons learned to district and project leadership teams to support organizational learning.
Demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, discretion, and effective communication while engaging with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive client engagement and project leadership.
Apply technical and operational expertise gained through a STEM-based education and extensive oil and gas industry experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant project, operational, or engineering experience.
Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in the oil and gas industry.
Strong leadership, project coordination, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
