Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced
Technical Coordinator (Quality)
to provide technical, administrative, and coordination support to the Quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspection coordination, reporting, document control support, data management, and ensuring compliance with established quality procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities
â
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Request for Inspection (RFI) verification process.
â
Monitor and track inspection workflows, ensuring accurate allocation and completion of inspections.
â
Maintain, organize, analyze, and update quality-related records, databases, and deficiency control files.
â
Prepare quality reports, metrics, presentations, and statistics to meet reporting requirements.
â
Proactively resolve RFI processing and information-handling issues to prevent workflow disruptions.
â
Coordinate logistical and administrative activities for quality personnel, including transportation and inductions.
â
Support timesheet collection, overtime preparation, and related administrative functions.
â
Coordinate site inspection activities and maintain inspection coverage schedules.
â
Support document control activities, including document registration, quality checks, distribution, tracking, and follow-up on overdue reviews.
Requirements
Education
â High School Certificate (Year 12) or higher qualification.
Experience
â Minimum
8 years of experience
working with projects, contractors, and vendors in industrial environments.
Skills & Competencies
â Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
â Advanced computer and keyboard skills.
â Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software applications.
â Knowledge of financial and budget-related processes.
â Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
â Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
â High level of integrity, teamwork, and commitment to quality.
