What does the job involve? Being responsible for maintaining the technical integrity, reliability, and lifecycle performance of electrical systems associated with offshore wind farm assets. This includes monitoring asset condition and performance, supporting fault investigations, identifying reliability improvements, managing technical risks, and providing specialist engineering support throughout the lifecycle of electrical equipment and infrastructure. You will also support maintenance optimisation, engineering modifications, and long-term asset management activities. What will my tasks be? Within this position, your key tasks will be to: • Provide technical integrity support for electrical systems across the wind farm. • Monitor electrical asset health, reliability, and performance. • Investigate electrical faults, failures, and system disturbances. • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities. • Review and manage technical recommendations from OEMs and contractors. • Support lifecycle planning and replacement strategies for electrical assets. • Ensure compliance with electrical standards, procedures, and safety requirements. • Identify and implement reliability and performance improvement initiatives. • Take part in the process of asset handover from construction and commissioning phase to operations. And for this specific position, we are also looking for: • Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering. • 3+ years of experience in offshore wind, utilities, transmission, distribution, or industrial power systems. • Knowledge of MV/HV electrical systems and equipment. • Familiarity with transformers, switchgear, protection, and control systems. • Experience with fault finding and technical investigations. • Understanding of electrical asset management and reliability principles. • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Fluency in Polish and English language is required.
