Job Overview The Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Coordinator supports daily logistics operations by coordinating shipments, monitoring purchase orders, managing delivery schedules, preparing invoices, and maintaining logistics documentation. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, suppliers, transportation providers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery, operational efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The position utilizes SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, and customer portals to support business operations and reporting. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, delivery tracking, purchase order follow-up, invoicing, and logistics documentation management. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication of order and delivery status. Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, transportation, and invoicing records using SAP, Oracle, customer portals, and Microsoft Excel. Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure efficient coordination of materials, equipment, and customer requirements. Monitor logistics performance, resolve delivery issues, and provide updates on delays, shortages, damages, or other transportation-related challenges. Support inventory control, asset tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements while promoting a safe and ethical work environment. Contribute to cost-effective logistics operations by supporting budget awareness, accurate documentation, resource optimization, and process improvements. Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, customer focus, and a commitment to operational excellence in all assigned responsibilities. Skills: Technical Skills SAP and Oracle ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and reporting. Logistics, transportation, and supply chain process knowledge. Logistics documentation and shipment coordination. Inventory and asset tracking systems. Professional Skills Strong customer service orientation. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant logistics or supply chain certifications are preferred. 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferably within oilfield services, industrial, or manufacturing environments. Experience coordinating shipments, transportation planning, inventory management, and logistics documentation. Knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and supply chain processes. Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables), and customer portals. Strong customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively across functions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. #LI-MD1
