All Round Operator

We are looking for experienced All Round Operators to join the mining operations team at Tropicana. The successful candidates will have the ability to operate a range of mobile mining equipment safely and efficiently and contribute to the overall production requirements of the site. The project predominantly operates a 7 days / 7 nights / 7 days off roster, with 12-hour rostered shifts. Most positions work approximately 12.5 hours per day, including regular overtime. Key responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate relevant mobile mining equipment. Conduct pre-start inspections and identify and report equipment defects. Operate equipment in accordance with site procedures and operational requirements. Maintain a strong focus on safety and production. Complete tasks to the required operational and environmental standards. Work effectively with supervisors and other members of the mining team. Maintain good housekeeping and comply with site requirements.
