Cad Designer

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality CAD models and drawings based on engineering specifications, sketches, and layouts. Working closely with engineers and project teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery of a variety of projects while developing your technical drafting and design expertise. Key Responsibilities Create detailed models and drawings using CAD software in accordance with project requirements and company standards. Revise and update existing models and drawings based on engineering or project management direction. Work under the guidance of engineers and senior team members to ensure the accuracy and quality of all deliverables. Apply established drafting and modelling practices to produce clear, concise, and usable technical documentation. Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to understand project objectives and timelines. Maintain compliance with drafting standards, procedures, and quality requirements. Qualifications & Experience Associate's Degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline; or completion of a relevant vocational/technical high school program. Experience using CAD software in an engineering, manufacturing, or design environment. Basic understanding of drafting principles and industry standards, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) . Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
