We are seeking an experienced
Service Site Manager
to lead installation, commissioning, testing and handover activities across major electrical projects.
You will be the key point of contact on-site, coordinating service teams, contractors and customers while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site installation, commissioning, testing and handover activities
Coordinate engineers, technicians, contractors and other site resources
Act as the main point of contact between the customer and project/service teams
Manage site schedules, resources and day-to-day project activities
Lead site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues
Ensure all work is completed in line with HSE, quality and project requirements
Conduct and document site and job safety inspections
Manage customer concerns and maintain strong working relationships
Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve customer operations
About You
Experience in
Site Management, Service Management or Project Management
within an electrical/industrial environment
Strong experience with
installation and commissioning activities
Proven ability to lead engineers, technicians and contractors on-site
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of HSE, quality and site safety requirements
Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys managing complex site activities, working directly with customers and leading technical teams through successful project delivery.
