Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR’s LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations. Job Summary This Supply Clerk performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. This work may require consideration of program requirements together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities Maintain tools and equipment and clean work areas to maintain a safe work environment. Ensure that all tasks are performed safely and meet Government/Army standards when applicable. Perform other duties as required to support the mission and contractual requirements. Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and all others in a courteous and professional manner. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. An understanding of the needs of the organization serviced. Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to complete and prioritize tasks on multiple concurrent projects within given timeframes. Work well in a team environment and able to work with a diverse group of people. Discretion and trustworthiness due to frequent contact with confidential material. Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and published Company work rules. Work will require lifting to 50 lbs.; stooping; climbing; prolonged standing; prolonged sitting; and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to the weather. Must be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling very heavy parts and loads. Must be able to climb, crawl, stoop, bend, squat, and reach as required to work on equipment. Be able to work outside in inclement weather conditions when necessary. Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas. Such PPE includes but is not limited to, head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices. Wearing safety items of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) e.g., gloves, safety shoes, protective eyewear, hearing protection, and other items such as aprons or outerwear as appropriate. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) A good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. Employee is required to maintain a valid state-issued Driver’s license and applicable Government/Army license. Must possess a valid State Real ID. Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain an Interim Secret Clearance prior to your start date and obtain a final Secret Security clearance and maintain it for the duration of your employment on this contract. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position. Excellent written and oral communications skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Candidate must possess a working knowledge of the Logistics Information Systems Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-Army) application software. Candidate must have knowledge of standardized maintenance regulations – specifically DA Pam 750-8, Functional User’s Manual for The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS). Candidate must have training in the use of Logistics Information Systems (LIS). Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) 3 years of experience w/High School Diploma or GED certificate desired. Ideally must have completed prerequisite training for Army Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) – 92Y2O/3O Unit Supply Specialist or have equivalent training with 1-3 years of supply experience as an E-5 to E-6.
