Job Purpose Conducts analytical and quantitative methods to understand ADMA’s supplier market and provide input to optimize company’s positioning, within defined Market Intelligence processes. Responsible for gathering, assembling and analysing data from external and internal sources to generate defined Market Intelligence reports, supporting in developing recommendations as part of strategies deployed by Commercial Division, planning and operations. Job Specific Accountabilities •    Coordinates closely with Subject Matters Experts (SMEs) and external data sources providers to support achieving the Commercial Division and ADMA targets. •    Gathers data from external sources (market information vendors) and internal sources within suppliers to establish a strong database for Market Intelligence activities. •    Utilizes the internal data existing in the Commercial Systems including: MAXIMO, e-Registration, Commercial Directory Data Sharing to complement and validate data. Performs own research when necessary to complement / validate data from other sources. •    Align data, resolve any incoherencies and develop own conclusions and recommendations •    Prepares periodic reporting on market and category trends, supplier monographs and cost structures. Link with category management (Commercial Division Planning) to understand planned activities within category and adjust work accordingly. •    Conducts thorough cost structures analysis including should-cost and price analysis and forecasting. •    Establish pricing benchmark to use in price negotiations in the tendering process. •    Supports Commercial Division in establishing category strategy, tender strategies and commercial evaluations by providing insights and recommendation through extensive supplier market understanding. •    Maintains unified prices forecasts for commodities and serving as focal point with project pricing / estimation department. •    Maintains a unified Supplier database and linking with Supplier Registration and Pre-qualification team to monitor status and support process to register and pre-qualify new suppliers. •    Deploys primary research and custom research focused on technology innovation, coordinating and linking with technology departments and innovation programming. Minimum Qualification Bachelor Degree in Management / Economics or any related discipline or equivalent. Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills 8 years of experience, including at least Revenues/ Budget: As per approved financial budget Direct Reports: As per organization chart Indirect Reports: As per organization chart Professional Certifications As applicable
