Health And Safety Adviser Decommissioning

Based onshore with regular site visits, you will support the planning, execution and close-out of decommissioning activities through risk management, contractor assurance, field verification, regulatory engagement and workforce safety initiatives. Provide Health & Safety support across offshore, marine and onshore decommissioning activities Verify critical controls, contractor compliance and closure of actions Support incident investigations, reporting and lessons learned Conduct field inspections and assurance activities Facilitate HAZID, SIMOPS and risk assessment workshops Support hazard identification, risk management and process safety initiatives Assist with audits, inspections and regulatory engagements Coach and influence teams to strengthen safety culture and leadership Manage Health & Safety interfaces across contractors, regulators and project stakeholders Embed Health & Safety requirements throughout project delivery and contract execution
