Partner with the best As a Services Project Manager, you will develop, coordinate, and lead project teams responsible for Service Repair projects, with accountability for both contractual and financial delivery. You will act as a key interface between the business, customers, and management teams on all project matters while supporting operational excellence and successful customer outcomes. As a Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing leadership and guidance to project teams to effectively plan, monitor, and execute project activities. Taking ownership of all project execution activities to ensure products and services meet customer and business requirements. Building clarity around project scope, deliverables, and execution requirements. Leading effective project teams with the appropriate competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer expectations. Monitoring KPIs to measure project performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and corrective actions. Ensuring compliance with all accounting, regulatory, and business requirements applicable to project execution. Collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams to align deliverables, support execution, and share lessons learned. Acting as a primary point of contact between customers, project teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Supporting operational leadership in delivering successful outcomes for customers and the business. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will: Have proven experience in Project Management. Demonstrate experience leading, mentoring, and motivating teams within operational and matrix organizations. Possess strong problem‑solving, process improvement, and analytical skills. Have previous experience within the Controls product line. Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
