We are looking for a Junior Office Assistant to help keep our Oslo office running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally every day. This is a varied, hands-on role combining reception duties with practical day-to-day support for a fast-growing team. You will be one of the first points of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and service providers, while helping ensure that the workplace is organized, welcoming, and well supported.
You will work closely with the Oslo Office Manager and interact with colleagues across different teams and locations. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable moving between different tasks throughout the day, and is willing to take initiative when something needs attention.
Previous office experience is helpful, but it is not the most important thing. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, approachable and service-minded, with a willingness to take ownership and get things done.
