Goals and deliverables
Looking for a .NET / React / AWS Tech Lead service, with an operational and hands-on positioning. The expected profile must demonstrate an effective ability for local technical leadership, by intervening on code, code reviews, production diagnostics, technical arbitrations, squad management and developer skills development.
The Tech Lead is expected to be the technical referent for the Roaming field and the technical operational relay for the team. He or she must be able to understand the functional and technical issues, to assume the structuring choices, to clarify the expected standards, to advance collective practices, to support developers in their skills development and to make visible the risks requiring internal arbitration.
The main expectations, which are not exhaustive, are as follows:
Provide local technical leadership to the squad, by clarifying the expected standards, leading useful technical exchanges and facilitating day-to-day decisions;
Support developers in their skills development through technical feedback, demanding code reviews, knowledge sharing and individual technical support points;
Contribute to developments, technical analyses and architectural or design arbitrations, while avoiding becoming the team's single point of contact;
Strengthen the quality of delivery: design, testing, reviews, documentation, maintainability, security, operability and reduction of priority technical debt;
Identify and report to internal management any risks, deviations, blockages or arbitration needs beyond the scope of the squad.
Production and operation expectations
Integrate production constraints into technical choices: observability, diagnostics, rollback, security and operability;
Contribute to the analysis of incidents, anomalies or unexpected behaviours, and propose appropriate corrective or preventive actions;
Improve traceability, reliability of sensitive processing, and reconciliation or gap analysis capacity;
Contribute to runbooks, support procedures, post-incident analysis and exchanges with application support teams
