About the Permian Straddling West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico, the Permian is the most prolific oil and gas basin in America and the engine behind the country’s energy renaissance.  Nationally, it provides about 40% of oil and 15% of gas production and plays a critical role in making the U.S. a leading energy exporter. What role you will play on our team As a Water Recycling Technician you will work with water transfer team (PWM) supporting completions and drilling activities in Midland.  Operating and maintaining water recycling systems to treat produced water for reuse in field operations. What you will do Operate filtration, chemical treatment, and recycling equipment Monitor water quality (TSS, bacteria, salinity, etc.) Adjust chemical dosing and treatment parameters Perform routine inspections and equipment maintenance Troubleshoot pumps, valves, and filtration units Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations Record data and submit daily operational reports About you Skills and Qualifications 2–5+ years in water treatment or oilfield operations, midstream / upstream experience preferred Familiarity with produced water systems preferred Mechanical aptitude with pumps and filtration systems Basic understanding of chemistry and water quality metrics Preferred Qualifications / Experience Adaptable, Reliable, Customer focused, Teachable, Mechanical experience.
