Engineering Lead Instr C2 Recovery

Provide I&C engineering activities across assigned projects, ensuring all activities comply with approved project specifications, LNG standards, safety requirements and of I&C engineering design deliverables meet quality and design safety expectations. Lead work execution, ensuring technical alignment and quality with various disciplines stakeholders from both PMT and contractors providing guidance and clear direction to complete I&C design per project specifications in a timely manner Direct contractors to develop robust execution plans and schedules, reviewing progress data (narrative, charts, graphs), change management recommendations and recovery plans to address schedule delay risks and support monthly progress and stewardship reporting. Support multi-discipline activities providing I&C expertise to other disciplines as necessary, in support of completing activities within schedule and making appropriate recommendations to management on I&C issues. Lead the effort to provide technical interface between key vendors and EPC contractors to ensure alignment with quality and execution objectives and overall project delivery milestones. Represent the I&C engineering in all major project assurance and reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, SAFOP etc. Prepares high-quality written documents to support FEED (NFW) and EXECUTE (NFS) activities and relevant PMS Gate reviews. Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations to support the discipline Head and PMT in day-to-day project activities. Support the Discipline Head in governing LNG discipline standards and technical assurance frameworks, ensuring effective implementation of standardization activities and compliance oversight of engineering resources across projects. Approve and endorse I&C technical deviations, waivers, and variations to approved guidelines, codes, standards, and practices with delegated technical authority.
