Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent is preferred Minimum Experience: 6–12 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Category Management. Minimum 1–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven experience in raw materials procurement, contract management, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing. Experience within mining, metals, manufacturing, chemicals, or heavy industrial environments is   preferred. .
