Materials Logistics Officer

This is a hands-on role requiring someone with strong mine-site MLO experience, sound SAP capability and the ability to step into an established operation and contribute immediately. Key Responsibilities Support weekly maintenance planning and scheduling activities from a materials and logistics perspective. Coordinate, track and stage materials required for planned maintenance work. Use SAP to review material requirements, availability and outstanding items. Identify shortages or material issues that may impact scheduled maintenance activities. Liaise with planners, schedulers, maintenance teams and warehouse personnel. Assist with the day-to-day coordination and organisation of the materials yard. Operate forklifts and telehandlers safely as required. Complete associated MLO administration, reporting and record keeping. Maintain safe storage, housekeeping and material handling practices. Support overall maintenance readiness and efficient execution of planned work.
