Job Summary The Opportunity ConocoPhillips is seeking a senior business leader to join the Equatorial Guinea Leadership Team and play a critical role in shaping the future of the business. While accountable for the Supply Chain function, this position extends well beyond functional leadership and will partner closely with asset leadership to influence operational performance, organizational capability, strategic priorities, workforce readiness, and long-term business success. This role comes at a pivotal time for the asset. Equatorial Guinea operates in one of the most logistically complex and supply-constrained environments in the portfolio, where business performance depends on the ability to reliably move materials, equipment, and services across long supply lines, challenging logistics networks, and evolving business demands. At the same time, the organization is evaluating future opportunities that may include additional drilling, development, exploration, and investment activities that will place greater demands on both the business and the Supply Chain organization. As Manager, Equatorial Guinea Supply Chain, you will be responsible for building a stronger, more capable, and more scalable organization that can support both today's operational requirements and tomorrow's growth ambitions. This is not simply a role focused on execution. It is an opportunity to assess, strengthen, and transform an entire organization while partnering closely with Operations and business leadership to improve performance, build capability, and create long-term value across the asset. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning logistics, materials management, procurement, contracts, and supply chain strategy. Success will require visible leadership, strong business partnership, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries. You will help establish the operating discipline, talent capability, and long-term roadmap needed to create a more resilient and self-sufficient organization aligned with ConocoPhillips standards and best practices. Success will require assessing organizational capabilities, building leadership capacity, strengthening local talent pipelines, and creating a scalable operating model capable of supporting future business growth. Position Overview What You'll Do Serve as an active member of the Equatorial Guinea Leadership Team, contributing to broader business decisions, workforce strategy, organizational priorities, and long-term asset planning. Lead the in-country Supply Chain organization, providing accountability for logistics, materials management, procurement, contracts, and overall supply chain performance across the business unit. Assess organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and team structure to ensure the organization is positioned to meet current operational requirements and future business needs. Strengthen leadership capability across the Supply Chain function by coaching, developing, and building confidence in local leaders while creating a sustainable succession pipeline.
