Principal Structural Engineer

You will take the lead across a diverse range of structural engineering projects throughout the South West and wider WA, with responsibilities spanning design, inspections, reporting, project delivery and technical leadership.Your work will include: Structural design and documentation across residential, commercial, industrial and government projects New structures, additions and alterations Structural assessments, inspections and remedial works Civil works including retaining walls, drainage and earthworks Temporary works design and certification Contract administration, QA and construction support Site inspections and responding to RFIs and technical queries Reviewing and checking structural documentation Working closely with the drafting team to deliver high-quality documentation Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Managing smaller engineering projects, including quoting and invoicing Liaising directly with clients, builders, architects and other stakeholders
