Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders. Partner with the best Responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Works with the sales and commercial team, region personnel, MFG and supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) across multiple time horizons into physical orders and ensures they are delivered to meet the customer requirements. As a Planner, you will be responsible for: Planning and scheduling material/production, assure that the shop has the necessary materials, documentation and tooling/equipment to meet required manufacturing/production levels. Coordinating material input/output, managing material shortages, managing material for farm out. Identifying and reacting to material plans that do not meet customer requirements. Providing effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on the Master Schedule, cycle time, shop capacity, hardware / tooling availability, and status to schedules. Monitoring supply and demand misalignment using planning system, and collaborate with manufacturing sources to implement corrective action plans Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional groups to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, manpower issues, and shop capacity. Analyzing and measuring the current production status and identify problem areas that inhibit full schedule realization. Maintaining the integrity of the MRP system. Updating project team with delivery dates for open orders. Fuel your passion! To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have 2-3 years of experience. Have experience in production planning or supply chain. Have hands on experience using ERP system, excel and Microsoft project.
