Role:-                  Customer Service Advisor Based: -              Coventry - CV6 Rate of pay:-      £14.66p/h +33 holidays (25days+8BH) Hours: Mon – Fri:  8.30am - 5pm   (Mon & Friday working from home) Duration: 12-month plus contract The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a small friendly team. The companies’ offices are open plan, providing a good working atmosphere and working relationships between departments. The Customer Service Advisor's weekly duties will include: Answering approx. forty calls and emails per day Resolving customer issues Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries Dealing with root cause analysis and issue prevention. The Customer Service advisor will require the following: Ability to multi-task The skill to deliver a first-class customer experience within an office environment. Able to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. Good IT skills Good attendance and timekeeping.
