Project Engineer

Lead the planning and execution of major earthworks and wall raise projects. Coordinate construction activities across multiple work fronts. Manage project schedules, budgets and cost forecasts. Monitor project performance and construction productivity. Drive quality assurance and quality control outcomes across project delivery. Ensure inspection and test plans are implemented and completed. Review engineering deliverables, technical documentation and construction records. Support procurement activities and contractor management. Coordinate survey, geotechnical and specialist engineering support. Manage project risks, opportunities and change management processes. Provide technical support to site supervisors and construction teams. Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across operations, engineering and project teams. Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and field engagement. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery.
