Fuel your passion The Manufacturing Professional - Projects & Initiatives plays a critical role in driving manufacturing excellence by supporting process standardization, system optimization, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role collaborates closely with manufacturing and supporting functions to enhance operational performance, improve data accuracy, and ensure the successful execution of strategic projects that contribute to business objectives and operational efficiency. As a Manufacturing Professional - Projects & Initiatives, you will be responsible for: Defining and implementing manufacturing processes, IT tools, training programs, and value stream initiatives to support the manufacturing community. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to drive effective information sharing and process alignment. Managing and maintaining material master data accuracy within the Oracle system. Supporting data governance initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business decision-making. Monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Assisting with inventory management activities and ensuring inventory accuracy across manufacturing operations. Supporting annual physical inventory activities and helping resolve inventory discrepancies. Driving manufacturing projects and initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Supporting the adoption of best practices, standardized work methods, and operational improvements across manufacturing teams. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Have a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience as an alternative qualification. Have experience supporting manufacturing operations, projects, or continuous improvement initiatives. Have exposure to ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and data management processes. Have experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a manufacturing environment. Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement improvements. Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
